How the Planning Process Works
1
Tell Me About Your Trip
Complete the travel inquiry form and share your destination ideas, travel dates, budget, and what you're hoping to experience.
2
Let's Explore the Possibilities
We'll discuss your travel goals and the level of planning assistance you need. Once we agree on the services and applicable fees, I'll begin researching options tailored to you.
3
Let's Make It Happen
Together, we'll refine your plans, make the necessary arrangements based on your selected services, and get you ready for your next experience.
A Note About Planning Fees
Why Do I Charge a Planning Fee?
Thoughtful travel planning takes time, research, and attention to detail. Applicable planning fees covers the expertise and personalized work involved in researching your trip and developing recommendations specifically for you.
For clients choosing full-service planning, additional planning fees are generally unnecessary because Mockingbird Adventures receives commissions from participating travel suppliers when eligible bookings are completed.
My goal is to provide clear pricing upfront, so you know what to expect before we begin.
Let's Turn Your Travel Ideas Into Plans.
Whether you know exactly where you want to go or are still deciding, I'd love to hear what you're dreaming about.
Complete my travel inquiry form to tell me a little about your trip, and we'll take it from there.
